Caramel

This big leaf succulent grows up to 104 feet (31.7 meters) tall. The very thin stem is yellow or blue, and is covered in large amounts of rigid beige spines. The stocky leaves are yellow-green with caramel tips. Large amounts of them grow on very thick, orange-yellow branches that trail down across the ground. The leaves are frail, and take some effort to detach.

It is steady-growing, taking 4 years to reach maturity. Once mature, a single flower with beige petals and a lime central disk grows at the top, reappearing every year. The flower head is shaped like a trumpet made up of dozens of widely spaced, narrow petals. It has an intensely strong scent that smells like old books.

The leaf succulent's skin is thick, the sky blue flesh is smooth, and the aquamarine sap is thin.
