Orange Heath Moss

This orange moss is commonly found blanketing giant areas In heathlands.
It is average-sized, growing up to 4 inches (10 cm) tall. It forms in sparse patches and they are slow to spread and grow, and is extremely rigid; it dislikes being stepped on.
When mature, emerald triangular capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early summer to release millions of spores; it can cause severe allergic reactions.

It aggressively steals nutrients from other large plants (but not each other).
The leaves are bland but very healthy.
It is suitable for creating strong, durable textiles
It absorbs an exceptionally large amount of water each day.
