Bluebell
Flower type: Biennial (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)This small flower grows up to 4 inches (10 cm) tall. Its slate stem is very thick, and the giant, orange-yellow and lime green leaves are circular with wavy edges. A pair of leaves grow at the base of the flower head.
Each stem splits 2 to 5 times; a single medium-sized flower grows at the end of each split. The flowers are 20 cm (7.9 inches) wide, with petals that are dull blue at the sides and dark green at the center. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 12 petals. They fall easily.
It has a delicate scent that smells like onion, and it has a modest amount of pollen; it can cause allergic reactions. It is pollinated by insects , but is also visited by a small species of bird.
It is difficult to kill and will quickly regrow if cut.
It is suitable for creating flexible, durable textiles
