Blueberry Succulent

Succulent type: Leaf succulent (Stores water in its leaves)

This short leaf succulent grows up to 8 feet (2.4 meters) tall. The thick stem is red, and is dotted with small brown spines. The rounded-edged, circular leaves are beige on the sides and blue at the center. Very large amounts of them grow from the base in a symmetrical pattern. The leaves are resistant, but do not detach easily.

It is steady-growing, taking 10 months to reach maturity. Once mature, several flowers with peach petals and a yellow center grow at the top, reappearing every year. The flower head is shaped like a sphere with 38 tightly layered, narrow petals. It has a scent whose strength depends on external factors, such as soil quality and rain frequency that smells like sugar.

The leaf succulent's skin is thick, the turquoise flesh is soft, and the subtle purple sap is thin.

It can flourish even in standing water.
