Coppervine

Climbing plant type: Bine (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This small bine is a quick growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 20 feet (6.1 meters)0.

It takes 4 months for the gray stems to mature, by which point they sometimes have a diameter of 3 cm (1.2 inches) and are smooth and slick.

The 3 pointed, crispy leaves reach up to 5 inches (13 cm) in length. They are blue and copper, and have smooth edges.

During late spring, the bine produces a thick sheet of tiny blue flowers, and during the early autumn, after flowering, it produces lots of tiny seed pods.
