Caramel Grass

This large, caramel and silver grass grows up to 7 feet (2.1 meters) tall. The wide stalks grow in thick clumps that are light and frail and they are exceptionally hardy.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a large, caramel tuft.

During the late summer, it produces an average amount of pollen; it can cause severe allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a modest amount of small grains.
