Crimson Emerald Moss

This crimson moss is commonly found growing in large clumps In moorlands, In damp forests, and On trees.
It is big, growing up to 7 inches (18 cm) tall. It forms in extensive patches, and is slightly robust.
When mature, emerald cylindrical capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early winter to release hundred of spores.
