Crimson Grass

This modest-sized, bronze and blood red grass grows up to 3 feet (91.4 cm) tall. The finger-like stalks grow in small clumps that are delicate.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a large, bold purple spikelet.

During the late summer, it produces very little pollen, but can cause allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a few tiny grains.
