Azurevine

Climbing plant type: Vine (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)

This small vine is a very fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 18 feet (5.5 meters) and growing as high as 108 feet (32.9 meters).

It takes 11 months for the brown stems to mature, by which point they each have a diameter of 1 cm (0.4 inches) and are rough and prickly.

The asymmetrical, sticky leaves reach up to 4 inches (10 cm) in length. They are a shade of gray-green that gradient shifts to cyan at the top, and have toothed edges.

During late spring, the vine produces large amounts of average azure flowers, and during the early summer, after flowering, it produces a handful of large berries.

It is suitable for creating strong, durable textiles
It makes a distinctive sound when the wind blows through it.
