Ambervine

This short vine is a very fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 19 feet (5.8 meters) and growing as high as 920 feet (280.4 meters).

It takes 4 months for the lime green stems to mature, by which point they sometimes have a diameter of 1 cm (0.4 inches) and are tough and woody.

The fan-like, covered in fine hairs leaves reach up to 5 inches (13 cm) in length. They are solid bright green or amber, with lime dots, and have smooth edges.

During late spring, the vine produces many large bold yellow flowers.
