Crimson Vine

This big vine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 156 feet (47.5 meters) and growing as high as 125 feet (38.1 meters). It prefers to grow on rock formations.

It takes 3 years for the red stems to mature, by which point they often have a diameter of 1.7 feet (51 cm) and are flat and wavy.

The pleated, fuzzy leaves reach up to 2.8 feet (86 cm) in length. They are found in beige, cream and light grey varieties, and have jagged edges.
