Golden Moss

This orange-yellow moss is commonly found growing in tiny clumps In marshes, On rotten logs, and In rainforests.
It is average-sized, growing up to 3 inches (8 cm) tall. It forms in sparse patches, and is overwhelmingly rigid; it struggles more than most during dry spells.
When mature, emerald triangular capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-autumn to release millions of spores.
