Amber Creeper
Climbing plant type: Creeper (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)This large creeper is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 256 feet (78.0 meters) and growing as high as 142 feet (43.3 meters).
It takes 15 months for the yellow-green stems to mature, by which point they sometimes have a diameter of 5 inches (13 cm) and are smooth and slick.
The circular, covered in fine hairs leaves reach up to 1.2 feet (36 cm) in length. They are either light grey, or gentle red with amber lines, and have smooth edges.
During late spring, the creeper produces a thick sheet of small light grey flowers.
It is suitable for creating strong, durable textiles
It can absorb up to 7 times its own weight in water.
