Turquoise Moor Moss

This lime or turquoise moss is commonly found blanketing large areas In moorlands.
It is average-sized, growing up to 6 inches (15 cm) tall. It forms in large clumps and can overwhelm an area rapidly, and is overwhelmingly flexible.
When mature, emerald cylindrical capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-autumn to release millions of spores; it can cause allergic reactions.

It is almost impossible to grow indoors.
The pollen is slightly toxic to people but not to certain animals.
