Emerald

This emerald moss is commonly found blanketing large areas In heathlands, and On trees.
It is big, growing up to 8 inches (20 cm) tall. It forms in thin clumps, and is slightly flimsy.
When mature, emerald oval-shaped capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late autumn to release thousands of spores.
