Bronzebell

This average-sized caudiciform grows up to 30 feet (9.1 meters) tall. The pleated stem is orange, and is covered in lots of fine, bronze, hair-like spines. The thick, pastel yellow trunk can grow to as much as 30 feet (9.1 meters) in diameter. Its moss green branches are short, rigid and upright.

The smooth-edged, very thick leaves are a shade of yellow-green that gradient shifts to green at the top. They are robust, and take little effort to detach.

It is slow growing, taking 49 years to reach maturity. Once mature, a handful of flowers, with petals that are generally azure; each flower tends to be a variation of this colour, grow at the top, reappearing once every 9 years. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of up to 50 curved petals. It has a soft scent that smells like coffee.

The caudiciform's skin is very thick, the silver flesh is sticky, and the green sap is thin.
