Indigo vine

This massive vine is a very slow growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 1,739 feet (530.0 meters) and growing as high as 263 feet (80.2 meters).

It takes 15 years for the yellow stems to mature, by which point they can reach a diameter of 8 inches (20 cm) and are smooth and slick.

The very thick, fuzzy leaves reach up to 2.5 feet (76 cm) in length. They are solid black or blue, with beige splotches, and have smooth edges.

During late spring, the vine produces several tiny indigo flowers, and during the early winter, after flowering, it produces lots of large fruits.
