Bluestem Grass
Grass type: Perennial (Stores water in the thickened base of its stem)This large, yellow grass grows up to 5 feet (1.5 meters) tall. The triangular stalks grow in thick clumps that are flimsy and they spread and grow quickly.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, blue flower.
During the early summer, it produces very little pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with copious amounts of medium-sized grains.
It is suitable for creating flexible, durable textiles
