Burgundy Grass

Grass type: Biennial (Stores water in the thickened base of its stem)

This short, burgundy grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The wispy stalks grow in thick clumps that are delicate.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, cyan tail.

During the early autumn, it produces an average amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a handful of small grains.
