Bluevine

Climbing plant type: Bine (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This small bine is a quick growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 14 feet (4.3 meters) and growing as high as 64 feet (19.5 meters).

It takes 2 months for the grey and hazel stems to mature, by which point they have often fused together into ropes with a diameter of 2 cm (0.8 inches) and are tough and woody.

The thin, crispy leaves reach up to 6 inches (15 cm) in length. They are generally gentle blue, and have rounded edges.

During late spring, the bine produces many average bronze flowers.
