Copper

This short caudiciform grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The thick stem is copper, and is covered in large amounts of rigid grey spines. The wavy, bronze trunk can grow to as much as 1 foot (30.5 cm) in diameter in the middle. Its emerald branches are very short and thin and start growing a quarter of the way up the stem.

The handfuls of tattered-edged, very thick leaves are peach and aquamarine. They are strong, and detach easily.

It is quick growing, taking 9 months to reach maturity. Once mature, and only under the right conditions, a single flower with orange petals on the lower layer and aquamarine petals decorated with azure dots on the inner layer. The central disk is silver grows at the top, reappearing after 7 years, but only when the conditions are right again. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of up to 30 petals. It has a soft scent that smells like faeces.

The caudiciform's skin is rock-hard, the cyan flesh is sticky, and the dark grey sap is thin.
