Caramel Succulent

This massive leaf succulent grows up to 134 feet (40.8 meters) tall. The sickle shaped stem is silver, and is dotted with small olive spines. The smooth-edged, fan-like leaves are found in grey, green and caramel varieties. Handfuls of them grow from the base in alternating layers of 2, then 4, then 6, and so on. The leaves are flimsy, but detach easily.

It is fast growing, taking 2 months to reach maturity. Once mature, and only under the right conditions, a single flower with petals that are sky blue on the underside and violet on the top grows at the top, reappearing after 3 years, but only when the conditions are right again. The flower head is shaped like a cube made up of 19 widely spaced, narrow petals. It has a soft scent that smells like candle wax.

The leaf succulent's skin is extremely thick, the light brown flesh is slimy, and the orange sap is thin.
