Caramel Vine
Climbing plant type: Creeper (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)This small creeper is a quick growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 24 feet (7.3 meters) and growing as high as 714 feet (217.6 meters). It prefers to grow on man-made objects.
It takes 6 months for the gray stems to mature, by which point they each have a diameter of 3 cm (1.2 inches) and are rough and gnarled.
The very thin, smooth leaves reach up to 5 inches (13 cm) in length. They are found in grey, green and caramel varieties, and have toothed edges.
It is said to be able to live for hundreds of years.
It is suitable for making baskets and the like
