Clinging Grass

This modest-sized, lime green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The thin stalks grow in sparse patches that are sturdy and flexible and they overwhelm an area rapidly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, silver flower.

During the mid-autumn, it produces a fair amount of pollen; it does not cause many allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a modest amount of large grains.
