Burgundy Grass

Grass type: Biennial (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This modest-sized, burgundy grass grows up to 3 feet (91.4 cm) tall. The spear shaped stalks grow in large clumps that are flimsy.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, blue tuft.

During the early winter, it produces copious amounts of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a modest amount of tiny grains.

It is suitable for making paper
It is almost impossible to grow from cuttings.
