Beige Grass
Grass type: Perennial (Stores water in the thickened base of its stem)This large, beige grass grows up to 7 feet (2.1 meters) tall. The very thick stalks grow in thin clumps that are light and frail and they overwhelm an area rapidly.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, drab orange spikelet.
During the mid-autumn, it produces very little pollen; it does not cause many allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a modest amount of giant grains.
It usually houses a colony of beneficial insects.
It is suitable for creating tough, hard-wearing textiles
