Bluefire Vine

This enormous vine is a very slow growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 1,430 feet (435.9 meters) and growing as high as 704 feet (214.6 meters).

It takes 46 years for the gray-green stems to mature, by which point they have tangled themselves into thick mats with a diameter of 4.8 feet (1.4 meters) and are hard and brittle.

The wispy, waxy leaves reach up to 1.2 feet (36 cm) in length. They are light grey on the sides and bright blue at the center, and have irregular edges.
