Bluevine

This average-sized vine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 49 feet (14.9 meters) and growing as high as 146 feet (44.5 meters). It prefers to grow on man-made objects.

It takes 8 months for the copper stems to mature, by which point they each have a diameter of 3 inches (8 cm) and remain soft and fleshy.

The spiral, smooth leaves reach up to 7 inches (18 cm) in length. They are either blue or cyan, with hazel dots, and have smooth edges.

During late spring, the vine produces a thick sheet of average beige flowers, and during the early winter, after flowering, it produces excessive amounts of large seed pods.
