Amberbell

This modest-sized flower grows up to 1.3 feet (41 cm) tall. Its lime green stems grow from the base of the plant in bunches of 5 and are thick and straight, and split into several branching stems halfway up, and the giant, moss green leaves are thin with rounded edges. The leaves grow in pairs along the length of the stem.

6 to 11 small flowers grow on alternate sides up the length of the stem. The flowers are 26 cm (10.2 inches) wide, with amber petals and a yellow center. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 53 petals. They are hardy.

It has a scent whose strength depends on external factors, such as soil quality and rain frequency that smells like something putrid, and it has copious amounts of pollen; it can cause severe allergic reactions. It is pollinated by insects , but is also visited by a small species of bird.
