Blue Tuft Grass

This modest-sized, emerald grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The very thin stalks grow in thin clumps that are light and frail and they are slow to spread and grow.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, blue tuft.

During the late summer, it produces an average amount of pollen; it can cause severe allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with plenty of large grains.
