Brown Heath Moss

This brown moss is commonly found growing in giant clumps In moorlands, and In heathlands.
It is small, growing up to 3 inches (8 cm) tall. It forms in small clumps, and is overwhelmingly durable.
When mature, emerald triangular capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-summer to release hundred of spores; it does not cause any allergic reactions.

It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
The sap causes severe allergic reactions.
It is very rare outside of a particular area.
It out-competes most other plants for nutrients and light.
