Azure Spikelet Grass

This short, azure grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The perforated stalks grow in sparse patches that are robust and they spread and grow quickly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, gentle purple spikelet.

During the early winter, it produces lots of pollen,but it does not cause many allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with copious amounts of medium-sized grains.
