Silver Moss

This silver moss is commonly found blanketing small areas In rainy mountain ranges.
It is modest-sized, growing up to 3 inches (8 cm) tall. It forms in thick clumps, and is very delicate.
When mature, emerald triangular capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early autumn to release dozens of spores; it does not cause many allergic reactions.
