Aquamarine Spikegrass

Grass type: Perennial (Stores water in its stem)

This modest-sized, green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The pleated stalks grow in thick clumps that are sturdy and flexible.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, aquamarine spikelet.

During the late summer, it produces very little pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with excessive amounts of giant grains.

It is almost impossible to grow from cuttings.
It is suitable for creating strong, durable textiles
It can grow in even the most barren lands.
