Coppergrass

Grass type: Perennial (Stores water in its leaves)

This average-sized, copper grass grows up to 2 feet (61.0 cm) tall. The broad, flat stalks grow in sparse patches that are delicate and they overwhelm an area rapidly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, violet tuft.

During the mid-autumn, it produces a modest amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with plenty of small grains.

It grows well in the sun and full shade.
It is suitable for creating tough, hard-wearing textiles
