Coppergrass
Grass type: Annual (Stores water in the thickened base of its stem)This big, copper grass grows up to 6 feet (1.8 meters) tall. The pleated stalks grow in thick clumps that are sturdy and flexible.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, cyan flower.
During the late summer, it produces an average amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a handful of medium-sized grains.
The sap causes severe allergic reactions.
