Copper vine

This small vine is a quick growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 7 feet (2.1 meters) and growing as high as 760 feet (231.6 meters).

It takes 2 months for the copper stems to mature, by which point they have often fused together into ropes with a diameter of 2 cm (0.8 inches) and are rough and gnarled.

The stiff, pointed, crispy leaves reach up to 2 inches (5 cm) in length. They are solid brown with olive zig-zags, and have irregular edges.
