Caramelvine

Climbing plant type: Bine (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This massive bine is a very slow growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 2,306 feet (702.9 meters) and growing as high as 790 feet (240.8 meters). It prefers to grow on specific trees.

It takes 7 years for the hazel or brown stems to mature, by which point they can reach a diameter of 2.1 feet (64 cm) and remain soft and fleshy.

The pleated, sticky leaves reach up to 1.4 feet (43 cm) in length. They are emerald with caramel tips, and have irregular edges.

During late spring, the bine produces handfuls of average grey flowers.

It is suitable for making baskets and the like
It coexists peacefully with other plants.
It is overwhelmingly resistant to fire damage.
