Crimson Vine

This average-sized vine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 38 feet (11.6 meters) and growing as high as 896 feet (273.1 meters). It prefers to grow on man-made objects.

It takes 2 years for the red stems to mature, by which point they have often fused together into ropes with a diameter of 5 inches (13 cm) and are soft and flexible.

The asymmetrical, soft leaves reach up to 6 inches (15 cm) in length. They are crimson and gold, and have smooth edges.
