Flower type: Biennial (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)This modest-sized flower grows up to 2.0 feet (61 cm) tall. Its lime stem is thick and straight, and the miniature, pink-red leaves are light yellow-green on the underside and are very thick with jagged edges. Many leaves grow at the base of the stem, and a pair of leaves grow at the base of the flower head.
A single medium-sized flower sits at the end of each stem. The flowers are 6 cm (2.4 inches) wide, with solid turquoise petals decorated with peach dots and a peach central disk. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 22 petals. They fall easily.
It has a strong scent that smells like cheese, and it has lots of pollen. It is pollinated by a small species of bird, but is enjoyed by several specific types of insect.
It absorbs an exceptionally large amount of water each day.
