Burgundy Grass

Grass type: Perennial (Stores water in the thickened base of its stem)

This huge, burgundy grass grows up to 32 feet (9.8 meters) tall. The stiff, pointed stalks grow in thin clumps that are rigid and they are exceptionally hardy.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, dark brown tuft.

During the early summer, it produces lots of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with plenty of small grains.

It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
All of it is said to be part of one single, massive plant.
