Crimson Emerald Moss

This crimson moss is commonly found growing in medium-sized clumps In damp forests, and In marshes.
It is giant, growing up to 1.3 feet (41 cm) tall. It forms in large clumps and they are slow to spread and grow, and is very strong.
When mature, emerald oval-shaped capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late summer to release thousands of spores.
