Coppergrass

This small, copper and cream grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The very narrow and elongated stalks grow in small clumps that are strong and they overwhelm an area rapidly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, peach puff.

During the early summer, it produces a fair amount of pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a handful of small grains.
