Copper Creeper

This modest-sized creeper is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 34 feet (10.4 meters) and growing as high as 14 feet (4.3 meters). It prefers to grow on specific trees.

It takes 18 months for the white and brown stems to mature, by which point they often have a diameter of 5 inches (13 cm) and are smooth and rubbery.

The 4 pointed, leathery leaves reach up to 9 inches (23 cm) in length. They are red on the sides and copper at the center, and have rounded edges.

During late spring, the creeper produces thousands of average bronze flowers, and during the mid-summer, after flowering, it produces excessive amounts of large fruits.
