Creamtail Grass

This short, moss green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The stiff, pointed stalks grow in thick clumps that are prone to bending and snapping under stress and they overwhelm an area rapidly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, cream tail.

During the early winter, it produces a modest amount of pollen; it can cause severe allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a handful of medium-sized grains.
