Gray Puffgrass
Grass type: Annual (Stores water in its leaves)This modest-sized, gray grass grows up to 2 feet (61.0 cm) tall. The finger-like stalks grow in extensive patches that are robust and they are exceptionally hardy.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, washed-out red puff.
During the mid-autumn, it produces copious amounts of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with copious amounts of giant grains.
