Clinging Redgrass

This modest-sized, gray and grey grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The very thick stalks grow in large clumps that are flexible and they overwhelm an area rapidly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, florescent red flower.

During the mid-autumn, it produces a modest amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with excessive amounts of small grains.
