Ambervine

This modest-sized vine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 32 feet (9.8 meters) and growing as high as 928 feet (282.9 meters).

It takes 21 months for the yellow-green stems to mature, by which point they have often fused together into ropes with a diameter of 4 inches (10 cm) and are rough and gnarled.

The spiral, fuzzy leaves reach up to 1.3 feet (38 cm) in length. They are found in bright yellow and lilac varieties, and have rounded edges.

During late spring, the vine produces many small amber flowers, and during the early winter, after flowering, it produces excessive amounts of small fruits.
