Greyvine

This small flower grows up to 2 inches (5 cm) tall. Its grey stems grow in bunches of 8 and are very thin with a curved tip, and the small, orange leaves are brown on the underside and are circular with smooth edges. 10 leaves grow at the base of the stem.

Around 90 tiny flowers grow in a bunch at the end of the stem. The flowers are 2 cm (0.8 inches) wide, with each petal a slightly different shade of drab green. The flower head is shaped like a sphere made up of 4 raised, narrow petals. They fall easily.

It has an intense scent that smells like something putrid, and it has lots of pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions. It is pollinated by insects , but is also visited by a small species of bird.
