Burgundy Vine

This large bine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 317 feet (96.6 meters) and growing as high as 55 feet (16.8 meters).

It takes 5 years for the silver stems to mature, by which point they each have a diameter of 3 inches (8 cm) and are smooth and fuzzy.

The long, narrow, crispy leaves reach up to 9 inches (23 cm) in length. They are a shade of burgundy that gradient shifts to green at the top, and have smooth edges.

During late spring, the bine produces handfuls of average lime flowers.
